UNA NUEVA ESPECIE DE CHILENOPERLA (PLECOPTERA: GPJPOPTERYGIDAE) Y LAS CONSECUENCIAS TAXONÓMICAS DEL DESCUBRIMIENTO DE SU NINFA A NEW SPECIES OF CHILENOPERLA (PLECOPTERA: GPJPOPTERYGIDAE) AND THETAXONOMIC CONSEQUENCES OF THE DISCOVERY OF ITS NYMPH

Se describe una nueva especie de Gripopterygidae (Chilenoperla elongata n. sp.) sobre la base de especímenes imagos de ambos sexos y ninfas colectados en Chile. El estado ninfal fue relacionado mediante emergencias en laboratorio. La ninfa de la nueva especie resulta ser semejante a la asignada a Pelurgoperla (sensu lilies, 1963). Por lo tanto las identificaciones previas y las distribuciones geográficas dadas para estos géneros podrían estar erradas. La ninfa de Ch. puerilis es comentada a la luz del nuevo hallazgo.<br>Anew species of Gripopterygidae (Chilenoperla elongata sp. nov.) is described based on adults of both sexes and nymphs from Chile. The nymph was associated by means of growing in controlled conditions. The nymph of the new species is similar to that oí Pelurgoperla (sensu lilies, 1963). Therefore, previous identifications and geographic distributions of these genera could be wrong. Comments on the nymph of Ch. puerilis are advanced at the light of this new finding
