The most important criteria to appreciate the optimal character of the training process are: efficiency, qualityand consumption of time and effort of the coaches and sportsmen in order to fulfill the tasks.Our research aimed at improving the training process in Rhythmic Gymnastics, focusing on optimizing thetechnical preparation. The experimental group consisted in 8 junior players, in the 2nd and the 3rd qualificationcategories, and our initial hypothesis was the following: the bi-dimensional bio-mechanical analysis (2D) of hoopthrowing helps optimizing the technical training of the focus group.
