The ways of improvement of methodic for increasing an accelerated training effectiveness for modes during ski movement were examined. In the article is given a consideration of entire method for training during ski technique performance. 18-20 years old female students of second year took part in the experiment. While elaborating the experimental program of training it was taken into consideration such indexes as coordinative, physical preparedness and level of student's activity. Effectiveness of improved methodic was determined by results of expert evaluation of technique and time over passing control distance. High effectiveness of adaptative training method was established
