SEMANTIC ANALYSIS OF THE EFFICIENCY GROWTH FACTORS OF A COMPANY DEVELOPMENT

Transition to an innovative, intensive development of the economy is the focus of scientists and practitioners, but attraction of additional resources to the development of Ukrainian enterprises is hard enough in the present situation. The purpose of the article is to select basic groups of intensive factors that make it possible to raise the system efficiency of a company development. The necessity of using constructive and descriptive definitions in disclosing the term semantics was proved, since the more diverse a the semantics of a set of definitions and the stricter the description of the relationship between them, the more complete analysis of objects is possible with their use. A semantic analysis of the terms "effect" and "efficiency" is presented. It is determined that in the economic effect, the quantitative side prevails, while the qualitative aspect is presented by efficiency which becomes a restrictive condition of obtaining the necessary quantitative level. The first two conditions of efficiency associated with increased use of productive forces at the expense of the potential of obtaining the economic effect and quality of organization of the process of its use. These conditions create opportunities for realization of the event. To turn into reality, an opportunity must become the dominant stakeholders need. It is proved that the effect is mainly determined by the action of certain forces, and efficiency describes a possible degree of manifestation of these forces, that is, determines the conditions of the process of obtaining the effect. Analysis of cause-and-effect relations of occurrence and reproduction of economic effects and efficiency was made based on the relationship between extensive and intensive factors. Inhanced impact of extensive factors due to an increased flow of resources passing through a manufacturing system leads, beside a growing volume of finished products, to a number of spillover effects interrelated with intensive factors. The intensity of the effects is found to depends on three conditions: the quality of potential, i. e. the level of company capacity compliance with the customer requirements regarding the volume and properties of the product, the quality of the process use and reproduction, i. e. the level of the process compliance with requirements of functional readiness for long, trouble-free and smooth operation; the level of stakeholders' interest and consistency of opinions.
