In recent years, using supercritical carbon dioxide for different chemical processes in particular particle micronization has been surprisingly increased. Knowing the substance solubility in supercritical solvent is a critical parameter during the particle size reduction processes. In this direction, solubility of cephalexin was measured in the supercritical carbon dioxide by changing the temperature and pressure between 308.15 K to 338.15 K and 16 Mpa to 40 MPa, respectively.
