The text proposes teaching learning strategies in the realm of metacognitive didactics. First, it presents the processes of learning teaching, founded onto Didactics, which promotes development, and building of knowledge, outgrowing the expositive and memoristic tradition. It follow with the proposal of programs of strategic teaching, presenting some metacognitive methods and techniques to the promotion of strategic learning and strategic teaching as a process of conscious and intentional decision-making, providing the student the analysis of his own learning process
