METHODOLOGICAL RECOMMENDATIONS ON EVALUATING THE RESULTS OF INNOVATION WORK OF THE INDUSTRIES PROFESSIONALS

Ukraine's transition to an innovative economy is impossible without significant results of innovative work of professionals in the industries due to its ability to update the material and technical base at all levels. The main bearer of innovative work is the professional, but one of the most important tasks aiming to achieve weighty innovative results is the creation of the innovation-active professional. To change work behavior of the professional from inert to active, it is necessary to apply different stimulation measures, including incentives, that's why the question of evaluation of innovation work results of professionals and an appropriate reward for the achieved results is becoming important, which will give an opportunity to motivate professionals to achieve significant innovation results. The problem of evaluating the results of innovation work of professionals and offering incentives to their work has been considered in the works of leading scientists A. Kolot, M. Semykina, L. Koval, O. Yastremska and many others. However, innovation work of industries professionals has certain characteristics that must be taken into account when evaluating the results of their work. The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations for evaluation of innovative work of professionals and calculation of worthy rewards on this basis. Consideration of the features of innovation work and its results has made it possible to provide basic requirements for the evaluation of the results of innovation work of industries professionals. Thus, one of the major criteria for evaluation of innovative features of professionals' work is the necessity to consider everyone's contribution to the overall innovative results. This is possible provided the evaluation of each innovation object on which a team of professionals works is made. In view of the above, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of innovative work of professionals by the degree of implementation and the significance (importance) of the innovative object for the innovation process. These recommendations provide an opportunity to assess the impact of innovative work of every professional and innovative work in general. Thus, we can say with certainty that the evaluation results of innovative work of professionals and calculation of worthy rewards will increase their desire to achieve significant innovation results
