ABSTRACT\ud Background : Recurrent Aphtous Stomatitis is a common oral mucosal disease in human. The exact etiologic of this disease remain unclear with the pro inflamatory cytokine such as TNF-?? may play an important role in this disease. TNF-?? in RAS lesion commonly measured via Peripheral blood of mononuclear cell (PBMC) and via lesional biopsy which is uncomfortable for patient.
