IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN BERSUBSIDI DI PUSKESMAS SALO KECAMATAN WATANG SAWITTO KABUPATEN PINRANG

The aim of this research was to know and to analize how far public perceptions of subsidized health care policy implementation (Jamkesda) in Public Health Center (Puskesmas) Salo Watang Sawitto Distric Pinrang Regency and the factors that affect its. In terms of academic research is expected benefit to the development of the science of government\ud The research was conducted in Watang Sawitto Distric Pinrang regency by using quantitative approach. Sample used in research were 268 people selected by ???random sampling??? with 10% error rate of all Jamkesda users in the Puskesmas Salo Watang Sawitto District. The data obtained from questionnaire which pullfilled with secondary datas, then analyze used Linear regretion by using 16th version of SPSS \ud The results showed that the public perception of subsidized health care (Jamkesda) policy implementation has gone well, it's based on the average scores of each variable are: the rate of experience are 3.01, of feelings are 3.15, of needs are 2,84 and expectations are 2,51 in high category / well (2.51-3.25) and the rate of knowledge are 2.47 are in not good category (1.76-2.50). Subsidized health care policy implementation was supported by several factors: 1) resources, 2) Disposition, 3) Bureaucracy structure, it's based on the average scores of each variable : Resources for 3.05, 3.10 for disposition , bureaucratic structure of 3.13 in the support category (2.51-4.00) and Jamkesda implementation policy inhibited by communication factor with score 1.36 which is the variable resistor (1.00 to 2.50) . Based on the results of linear regression showed that the public perception influence 76.8% against subsidized health care policy (Jamkesda) implementation
