We investigate the correction effects of the littlest Higgs(LH) model and the SU(3) simple group model on single top production at the CERN Large Hadron Collider(LHC). We find that the new gauge boson $W_{H}$ predicted by the LH model can generate significantly contributions to single top production via the s-channel process $q\bar{q}'\to W_{H}\to t\bar{b}$. The correction terms for the tree-level $Wqq'$ couplings coming from the SU(3) simple group model can give large contributions to the cross sections of the s-channel, t-channel, and $tW$ associated production processes. We expect that the correction effects of these little Higgs models on single top production can be detected at the LHC experiments
