The properties of the chiral condensate $$, $$ and $$ and the neutral pseudoscalar meson mixing are investigated at finite temperature $T$, baryon chemical potential $\mu_B$, isospin chemical potential $\mu_I$ and strangeness chemical potential $\mu_S$ in three flavor Nambu-Jona-Lasinio Model. At zero isospin chemical potential $\mu_I=0$, $=$ and only $\eta_0$ and $\eta_8$ mix with each other which gives the well-known physical mesons $\eta$ and $\eta^\prime$. At nonzero isospin chemical potential $\mu_I\neq0$, $\neq$ and the three neutral pseudoscalar mesons $\pi_0,\eta_0,\eta_8$ mix with each other. The mixing between $\pi_0$ and $\eta_0,\eta_8$ is very small at low temperatures, however, can not be neglected at high temperatures
