This document concerns the award of a contract for first-line computer network support at CERN. The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the negotiation of a contract with the consortium AMEC SPIE (FR) â?" AMEC SPIE (NL), the lowest bidder, for first-line computer network support at CERN for a total amount not exceeding 792 141 euros (1 214 010 Swiss francs) for an initial period of three years starting on 1 April 2005, not subject to revision. The rate of exchange used is that stipulated in the tender. The contract will include options for two one-year extensions beyond the initial three-year period
