According to these considerations it was developed the sup 9 sup 9 sup m Tc-IDA-bis-Biotine complex as a new radiopharmaceutical which improves the diagnostic image of infectious core and tumorals. The IDA-biotin compound was synthesised and characterized by its melting point, IR spectroscopy, NMR, MS, UV and High-resolution liquid chromatography (HRLC).
