The behavior of spin-1/2 particle in external gravitational field is considered. The Dirac equation is diagonalized by Foldy-Wouthuysen transformation providing also the simple form for the momentum and spin polarization operators. The semiclassical equations of momentum and spin motion are derived. For the spherically symmetric gravitational field the resulting expressions for the deflection angle of momentum, polarization and helicity of massive particles coincide with the previously known expressions
