Bose-Einstein correlations of two identically charged Q-bosons are derived when these particles, are confined in finite volumes. Boundary effects on single Q-boson spectrum are also studied. We derive a generalized form for the Wigner function depending on the deformation parameter Q, which reduces to the original functional form in the limit of $Q \to 1$
