We study one- and two-point Green functions of some special oprators in N=1 SYM in terms of the trick of AdS/CFT corresponds. We consider both Maldacena-Nunez solution and Klebanov-Strassler solution for N}=1 supersymmetry. Comparing with field theory results, we obtain radial/energy-scale relations for every solution. Using these relations, we evaluate beta-function of N=1 SYM. We find that the leading order result can be accurately achieved for both solution and higher order contribution exhibit some ambiguities. We discussion the origination of these ambiguities and conclude that more studies are needed to check whether these SUGRA solutions are exactly dual to N=1 SYM
