We study the production of gluon pairs from the QCD vacuum in the presence of a space-time dependent external chromofield by using background field method. This pair production is computed to the lowest order in coupling consatnt $q\bar{q}$ pair production from the space-time dependent chromofield. Parton productions from this background chromofield may play an important role in many high energy experiments
