Legal and Ethical Recommendations for DOGANA

This deliverable represents the outcomes of the overall work carried out under Work Package n. 5 (WP5) – ‘Legal and ethical foundations’. The scope of this Deliverable is twofold. Firstly, it reports the results of the overall work carried out under WP5, where the legal and ethical foundations of DOGANA project have been assessed and monitored. Secondly, such legal and ethical foundations therein assessed have been summarised and consolidated into a single set of recommendations, expressed as: - legal and ethical recommendations for policy makers at company level; - legal and ethical recommendations towards lawmakers on national and/or European level (where intervention at company level is not to be regarded as sufficient).status: Published onlin
