OBJECTIVES: Antibodies against neuronal antigens such as N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAr), and voltage gated potassium channel (VGKC) complexare present in various CNS excitability disorders, including cerebellar ataxia, encephalitis and epilepsy.
