Polycystic liver disease (PCLD) may lead to extensive hepatomegaly and invalidating complaints. Therapeutic decisions, including somatostatin-analogues (SA), (non)-transplant surgery are besides the existence of hepatomegaly, also guided by the severity of complaints.
