AIM: To assess the relative efficacy and tolerability of preservative-free latanoprost (T2345) compared with other prostaglandin analogues (PGA) for the treatment of open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension by adjusted indirect comparison meta-analysis. METHODS: Randomized, controlled trials evaluating PGA for the treatment of open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension were identified by a systematic literature review in MEDLINE, EMBASE, and Cochrane Controlled Trials Register (up to December 2011) databases.
