Ruta angustifolia L. is a plant of rutaceae’s family which has been traditionally used forjaundice. Previous study showed that ethanol extract of R. angustifolia inhibit hepatitis C virus against JFH1a virus on hepatocyte cell Huh7 with IC50 3.0 ± 1.4 μg/ml. In order to continue our study, ethanol extract of R. angustifolia combined with antihepatitis C virus drugs such as simeprevir, telaprevir, and ribavirin to determine the activities and synergistic or additive effects caused by these combinations.
