This study aims to determine the presence of vibriosis caused by Vi brio sp in the grouper (Ephinepheleus fuscoguttatus) in getting out of coastal waters Bangsring and Ketapang, Banyuwangi. Clinical symptoms characterized by red spots (hemorrhage) in the ventral and lateral body, pale skin lesions, and exopthalmia. Isolation and identification in this study using TCBS agar, SIM agar, SC agar, TSI agar, Gram stain and catalase test. Samples used as many as 20 fishes, and the results showed the symptoms as much as 8 fishes, while the biochemical tests showed there are 4 fishes are positive and 4 fishes are negative.
