The concept of a historical and comparative analysis of the Celtic lexicon. Successively : I. distinguishing inherited, and loan words ; II. determining loan-words strata according to provenience languages and destination languages ; III. identifying the inherited lexical stock ; IV. the concept of «étymologie -histoire-des-mots » for Proto-Celtic.
