Pugsley Hall 2 Rollins College, Winter Park, Fl. Pugsley Hall, named after President of the New York State Banker\u27s Association, The Honorable Cornelius Amory Pugsley (1850-1936) founded the college\u27s Institute of Statesmanship. Architect Richard Kiehnel was hired to create a master plan for the campus.
