Society is in a process of continuous innovation, where the requirements are more and more demanding. Therefore, new mobile network technologies appear with the objective of meeting all these new needs, such as 5G New Radio. The goal of this thesis is to analyze 5G New Radio in high speed scenarios, implementing it in MATLAB according to 3GPP specifications. Starting with MATLAB’s 5G Toolbox, certain modifications are made in order to test all the different scenarios for some chosen velocities. To do this, different values of a series of parameters that affect the throughput are tested.
