International audienceThe paper considers the problem of sampled-data control for switched nonlinear systems with dynamic output feedback, where the sampling times for control inputs and output measurements are determined using event-based strategies. Our results are based on constructing a novel Lyapunov function for switched systems where the Lyapunov function for each subsystem is not required to have a linear decay (during flows) or linear growth (during jumps). Analysis based on this function results in a lower bound on the average dwell-time for stability of the switched system.
