Sejm Reporting in the Official Specialist Press (over the centuries)

Several hundred years ago information on the Sejmʼs activity was announced in print in a law books set. Nowadays, all the information about the law in force can be obtained primarily from the official press, mainly in the electronic version. In Poland, we can refer to both “Dziennik Ustaw” (The Journal of Laws) and “Monitor Polski” (The Polish Gazette), yet the publication of law itself does not provide sufficient knowledge about the activities of the Sejm. Therefore, the first press titles from the 18th century contained numerous comments on the activity of this lawmaking organ.
