We have selected two poor studied open clusters with the name of Berkeley97 and Dias06 which are located in the first and second Galactic Quadrant and containing F-G spectral type stars. CCD UBV(RI)C photometric observations of the selected clusters are taken from 0.84 m f/13 Ritchey-Chretien telescope in San Pedro Martir (SPM) National Observatory is connected to Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico (UNAM). The standard data reduction procedures has been applied to CCD UBV(RI)C observations by using IRAF.
