In this study, the effects of rinse, stone and bleaching washing treatments on some physical properties of denim fabrics, which were produced with different weft-warp types, were interpreted statistically. The results show that weft-warp type, washing treatment and interaction of these two factors have a significant influence on thickness, weight, color change and air permeability values of denim fabrics with 95% significance level
