Ön kolun radyovolar bölgesi, vücudun birçok bölgesinde serbest flep ile rekontrüksiyon için ideal bir donör sahadır. Bu bölgedeki deri ince ve kılsız olup, flebin pedikülü uzun ve geniş çaplıdır.Bu flebin en önemli dezavantajı oldukça belirgin donör saha skarı olmakla beraber, hiçbir hastamızda bu yönde bir şikayet olmamıştır. Kliniğimizde 1993-1999 tarihleri arasında toplam 10 hastaya, değişik anatomik bölgelerde radyal ön kol serbest flebi ile yumuşak doku rekonstrüksiyonu yapılmıştır.
