Safha 24+(XIV)’da sübye kemiği oluşumu başlamıştır ve kalsiyum karbonattan oluşan kalkerli yapı görülebilmektedir. Safha 26(XV-XVI)’da sübye kemiğinde ilk bölme görülebilir, ancak henüz hava ile dolmamıştır. Safha 27(XVI-XVII)’de ilk bölme tam olarak oluşmuştur, jelatinimsi akışkan yerini hava kabarcıklarına bırakmıştır.
