Non-muscle invasive bladder cancer tends to recur after transurethral resection (TUR) and an intravesical adjuvant chemotherapy or immunotherapy is usually needed to decrease the recurrence rate, or sometimes progression. Instillations can be applied immediately after TUR and then in scheduled basis. © Springer-Verlag London 2017
