Objective: This study aimed at revealing the opinions of nursing homes employees regarding ethical evaluation of the privacy of older people. Material and Method: The study was conducted between December 2015 and January 2016 with 45 employees working at Manisa Municipal Nursing Home and Manisa Private Foundation Nursing Home. A questionnaire consisting of 10 questions about age, gender, marital status, etc. and the Service Provider Quantitative Survey for Perception and Assessment of Privacy in Services Rendered to the Elderly were used as data collection tools.
