Introduction: In this study, we aimed to investigate the relation between the sperm parameters and fertilization and pregnancy rates in intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) method which is applied to infertile couples. Materials and Methods: Four hundred thirty six couples who applied to Ege University Family Planning and Infertility Research and Treatment Center between January 2000 and January 2002 period were enrolled to the study. Infertile couples of males were evaluated by physical examination, spermiogram and hormone profile. Sperm morphologies were evaluated with Kruger criteria.
