Bu araştırmada öncelikle aktif çamur sistemlerinde birçok soruna neden olan ipliksi bakterilerin izolasyonu ve tanılanması yapılmıştır. İzole edilenler arasından seçilen 4 ipliksi bakteri izolatı üzerinde farklı pH ve sıcaklık koşullarında büyüme özellikleri belirlenmiştir. pH 6-7, sıcaklık 25-35°C civarında en iyi büyüme gözlenmiştir.In this research, isolation and identification of filamentous microorganisms causing many problems in activated sludge were studied. It was determined growth properties of selected 4 isolates in different pH and temperature conditions. Regarding to pH and temperature, isolates best grown at pH 6-7 and 25-35°C, respectively
