Angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma (Report of two cases)

Anjiomatoid fibröz histiositom, önceleri malign fibröz histiositomun bir alt grubu olarak ele alınmış ancak nadiren metastaz yapması ve iyi prognozu nedeniyle artık sınır maligniteli fibrohistiositik tümörler başlığı altında yer almaktadır. Bu çalışmada iki anjiomatoid fibröz histiositom olgusu sunulmaktadır. Her iki olguya da marginal eksizyon uygulanmıştır. Olgularından biri sekiz yıl sonra nüks etmiş, diğerinde ise hasta takipten çıkmıştı. İmmunhistokimyasal incelemede her iki olguda da desmin pozitifliği saptanmıştır ve bulgu, bazı yazarlar tarafından iddia edilen myojenik diferansiasyon bulgusunu destekler niteliktedir.Angiomatoid fibrous tumor was classified as a subgroup of malignant fibrous histiocytoma in previous classifications, but because it rarely metastasizes and overall prognosis is good, it is regarded in the group of intermediate fibrohistiocytic tumor fınally. in this study, two angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma cases are presented. Both cases were 1mdergone to marginal excision. One of the cases relapsed eight years after fırst excision, other case has lost to follow-up. Immunohistochemically, both cases showed desmin positivity that supported the myogenic differentiation which has proposed by some of other authors
