2010 15th National Biomedical Engineering Meeting, BIYOMUT2010 -- 21 April 2010 through 24 April 2010 -- Antalya -- 80917In this study, the time-frequency energy distribution based analyses of photic stimulated EEG signals are shown for diagnosis of brain diseases. The recorded EEG signals from healthy and diseased subjects are analyzed by Pseudo Wigner-Wille Distrubution method. We observed that the 5 and 17 Hz stimulation frequencies are to be effective on diagnosis of healthy or disease conditions by using statistical parameters from energy distribution. ©2010 IEEE
