Araştırmada; proteolitik enzimlerin bulunduğu alkalik ortamlarda kromlu derilerin traş atıklarından kromun uzaklaştırılması veya ayrıştırılması optimize edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrılan kromun deri sanayinde, jelleşebilir ve hidrolize protein ürünlerinin ise farklı sanayi dallarında kullanılabüir özellikte oldukları anlaşılmıştır.In this study, recovering chrome from chrome shavings has been optimized by working in alkali conditions in presence of proteoiytic enzymes. It has been understood that recovered chrome could be used in leather industry and gekble and hydrolyzed protein products were able to be used in other industries
