In this study, p(HEMA-GMA) poly(hydroxyethyl methacrylate-co-glycidyl methacrylate) hydrogel membrane was produced by UV photopolymerization and the synthesized membrane was coupled with iminodiacetic acid (IDA) in order to bound the Cr(III) ions in the chrome tanning process effluent.
