The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between primary school teachers' organizational commitment levels and trust levels. The design of this research was the correlational model. The sample of this research was 805 primary school teachers. According to findings of this research, the school commitment levels of primary school teachers are quite high. There were significant differences in the organizational commitment levels of primary school teachers according to gender, seniority, seniority in the school, branch and graduate from faculty variables.
