WOS: 000409010600018A new electrochemical microbial biosensor system based on Candida tropicalis was developed for the fast detecting of dopamine and epinephrine. Candida tropicalis was immobilized in a carbon paste electrode (CPE) with single wall carbon nanotube (SWCNT). Immobilized cells were used as a origin of the polyphenol oxidase (PPO) to develop voltammetric epinephrine and dopamine biosensor.
