Add to ORKGBu çalışmada, önce Styrax officinalis L. tohumlarından egonolün izolasyonu gerçekleşti, ardından egonolden başlayarak sentez çalışmaları yapıldı ve bu yeni benzofuran türevlerinin antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri bazı mikroorganizmalara karşı test edildi. Egonolden toplam otuz bileşik sentezlenmiştir. Bileşiklerin yapıları IR, UV-vis., 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, COSY, HMQC, LCMS teknikleri ile saptandı
