WOS: 000388732300003Galium shinasii Yildirim (Rubiaceae), is described as a new species from Malatya Province in eastern Anatolia, Turkey. The new species is morphologically related to Galium cornigerum Boiss. & Hausskn. G. lasiocarpum and G. sorgereae Ehrend. and Schnb. but clearly differs from them based on the morphological differences presented in the species description.
