12th Symposium on Apricot Culture and Decline -- SEP 10-14, 2001 -- Avignon, FRANCEWOS: 000237601100064Since Turkish apricot varieties are sensitive to Sclerotinia laxa, a hybridization programme was performed to get resistant hybrids with high economical value. 'Boccuccia', 'Ivonne Liverani', 'Nugget' and 'San Castrese' were used as pollinitors for 'Hacihaliloglu'. After artificial inoculation of one year old shoots, resistant types were selected.
