Carcinoma of the fallapian tube accounts for only 0.3 to 1.1% of all gynecologic malignancies. Primer carsinoma of fallapian tube is a rare and aggressive cancer. It is not diagnosed until at an advanced stage. Because its epidemiologic, biologic and prognostic characteristics are not well known, no standart treatment has been developed. Most of them are adenocarcinomas. Stage is significant prognostic factor. Typical clinical symptoms are vaginal bleeding, watery discharge and pelvic pain.
