Elastosis perforans serpiginosa (EPS), anüler ya da serpijinöz dizilim gösteren hiperkeratotik papüllerle karakterize nadir bir dermatozdur. Anormal elastik fibriller transepidermal eliminasyon yoluyla deriden atılır. Hastalığın idiyopatik, reaktif (konnektif doku hastalıkları ile birlikte) ve penisillamine bağlı olarak gelişen üç ayrı formu vardır.
