The aim of this study was to contribute to the improvement of basic motor skills of pre-school children between the ages 4-6 with the help of a movement education program. Another purpose was to provide support to the activity development of a pre-school educational program. Participation was voluntary and 70 children (experimental group=35 and control group=35) took part in this study. The control group attended regular pre-school educational program while the experimental group was given movement education program for an academic year (3 days a week, 1 hour for each day).
