Synthesis of copper complexes with some ligands of pyrazole derivatives and investigation of their antibacterial activities

Bu çalışmada azot donör içeren pirazol türevi ligantlar ile onların bakır kompleksleri sentezlenmiştir. Pirazol ve 3,5-dimetil pirazolün 4-pozisyonundan iyotlama ve nitrolama reaksiyonları ile I-Pz, I-DMPz, NO2-Pz ve NO2-DMPz ligantları elde edilmiştir. Pirazolün bakır katalizörü kullanılarak N-arilasyonu ile yeni NapMe-Pz ve MeNap-Pz ligatları sentezlenmiştir. İlk defa Ullman reaksiyonu ile oda sıcaklığında 4-iyodo pirazollerin N-arilasyonu ile Ph-IPz ve Ph-IDMPz ligantları sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen bu ligantlar FT-IR, NMR ve kütle spektrumları ile karakterize edilmişlerdir. Karakterize edilen 8 adet ligantın Cu(NO3)2 ile kompleksleri sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen 8 adet kompleksin yapıları FT-IR, TG/DTG, LC-MS, UV-Vis, ICP-OES, NMR, manyetik moment ve molar iletkenlik yöntemleri kullanılarak aydınlatılmış ve komplekslerden 3 tanesinin ESR spektrumları ile geometrik yapıları tayin edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Elde edilen ligantların ve komplekslerin antimikrobiyal etkinlikleri de incelenmiştir.In this study, nitrogen donor containing pyrazole derivative ligands and their copper complexes were synthesized. I-Pz, I-DMPz, NO2-Pz and NO2-DMPz ligands were obtained by iodination and nitration reactions from the 4-position of pyrazole and 3,5-dimethyl pyrazole. New NapMe-Pz and MeNap-Pz ligands were synthesized by N-arylation of using pyrazole with copper catalyst. Ph-IPz and Ph-IDMPz ligands were synthesized by N-arylation of 4-iodo pyrazoles at room temperature with Ullman's reaction for the first time. These synthesized ligands were characterized by FT-IR, NMR and mass spectra. Complexes of the characterized 8 ligands with Cu(NO3)2 were synthesized. The structures of synthesized 8 complexes were investigated using with FT-IR, TG/DTG, LC-MS, UV-Vis, ICP-OES, NMR, magnetic moment and molar conductivity methods and the geometric structures of 3 units of the complexes were determined by ESR spectra. Antimicrobial activities of the obtained ligands and complexes were investigated as well
