WOS: 000430650600016In the present study, 0.00% (control), 0.10%, 0.40%, 0.70%, 1.00% and 1.30% black cumin oil was added to rainbow trout feed and the fish were fed for 120 days. Following the feeding period, the harvested fish were stored in the refrigerator at +/- 2 degrees C, in Styrofoam boxes filled with ice, for 23 days. During the storage period, the effects of black cumin oil on ammonia and biogenic amine production in rainbow trout were examined.
